扱いやすくするためウレタン塗装仕上げになっています。
汚れた場合は、水で濡らしかたく絞った布巾などで拭き、風通しの良いところで陰干ししてください。
塗装の匂いは、徐々に取れていきます。
反り止め加工を施しておりますが、天然素材のため多少の反りが生じる場合がございます。
出しやすく、仕舞いやすいことにこだわり、縁を薄くしております。
指が入りやすいので持ち上げやすく、複数枚重ねた時も気持ちよく収まります。

Yukiwa-bon is the utensil designed by the owner of ‘tea journey’, a Japanese chado master, and made by Japanese artisans.
It is a single piece of wood cut from a precious domestic timber, which is now very rare. It must be stored in a cool, dark place for at least three years to reduce the moisture content.
‘Yukiwa’ is one of the traditional Japanese auspicious design. The beautiful grain of the wood is highly artistic and no two pieces are alike. However, because Japanese artisans carve each piece into the same shape, they can be stacked with stunning dimensional accuracy.
Yukiwa-bon can be used not only to enjoy the tea ceremony, but also as a tray for displaying important objects, as a tray for delicious meals, and in many other ways in everyday life.
